Hello everyone! I was tagged by blogger, Miss Dre of "So She Writes" to share 11 things about myself. I guess I could come up with a few random things that I find interesting, lol. Enjoy...
1. I tend to hum my own tunes while I'm eating or just laying around. *Mm, mmm, mmmhmm...*
2. Both soles of my feet are capable of touching in a very juxtaposed way. Perfect and creepy at the same time.
3. Leaving an imprint of my lips on the Pyramids of Giza is on my bucket list. :)
4. I'm very analytical. I break down every situation as much as possible. Does that make me seem crazy?
5. Fries from McDonald's are my crack! LARGE, please.
6. I escape so much of reality when listening to music.
7. I have a blanket covering my window. I'm a vampire. *teehee*
8. Michael Jackson's smile still makes my heart melt. <3
9. I feel that I should be the first female President of the U.S.
10. Is it just me or did Tyrese's daughter in "Baby Boy" not age? She was born before his son but was basically still a baby when shown again. I noticed that -.-
11. I LOVE supporting others. Within my means, of course. I want to see us all succeed.

1. Who is your favorite author? At the moment, Booker T. Washington. I'm reading a book of his, currently.
2. What is the best career advice you've ever been given? "The business is out there looking for someone like you. They have to see you there. Pull them in with honesty and before you know it, you will have people paying you to just be there."
3. What is the best relationship advice you've ever been given? Classic... "There are plenty more fish in the sea. Pain is temporary. Learn from it. Love is infinite, goes against all odds. You will see."
4. What is your favorite song? Oh goodness, I have so many faves. Naming just one wouldn't do justice for me. However, I love "Waiting For You" by Adele, "Just Friends" by Amy Whinehouse, " Paranoid" by Kanye West... ugh, just so many.
5. Do you have any bad habits you're not afraid to admit? Share one with me! Hm, I'm not sure. I have a bad habit of grinding my teeth though.
6. If you could give your 16 year old self one bit of advice, what would it be? "Honey you are not in love. Don't stress yourself over one. "He" is worth the wait."
7. What is your favorite restaurant? Ohhhh, Bonefish Grill. My darling you! <3
8. Where do you go to escape from "reality"? My room. Simple, I know but it's my natural zen, my nightclub, my oceanfront beach, my Mount Everest, and spa all in one space.
9. Tell me about the one friend you've had the longest. Vaquasha. We've been friends since the sandbox and plastic dirt shovels. We've lost some contact but I know where to find her. I often surprise her when I can.
10. Are you happy? I am :)
11. Name one thing that makes you smile. Seeing the love of others. Real love...

ReplyDeleteWe have so much in common, too. I use music as my escape from reality, I retreat to my room (it is my personal fortress) and I keep this opaque black covering on my windows at all times. When mom comes to visit she always uncovers it, telling me I need sunshine in my life lol.
I am trying to picture the way the soles of your feet can touch, btw. That's pretty cool!
